Just looked it up career wOBA of .396
Rally has him at 37.1 career WAR though because longevity wasn’t his deal. That puts him between Jason Kendall and Chili Davis about 318th all time. Part of that had to be his defense, but his bat was sick.

not too mention, it was a horrible officiating decision to not review the time at the end
knowing that even an extra .1 gives NMSU an opportunity to tie. You have to make sure the clock is right, and it sure seemed like it should have been around .5/.6 instead of .3 (allowing only a tip)
Gaudin certainly didn't help his cause tonight.
Maybe you guys can get him back at end of spring, then keep Sonny strectched out in AAA for depth. Could maybe use another back end pen arm with JP looking ?
Gaudin’s on an arb deal for 2.9MM, but it’s non-guaranteed. NY could release him soon and just pay termination pay – save em over 2 Mil. With Mitre, who’s out of options, looking better he could take the long pen role. Gaudin could be picked up for peanuts at season’s start. And he’d likely be pissed at NY. Just sayin’.
Not an earthshaking move, but it wouldn’t be a bad thing to do.
