PrintNice article by Leitch on the Rays. Really doesn't give any insight to the upcoming season, but he has a few nice things to say about the Rays. He seems to know what he's talking about, although I don't think they have missed out on signing any major draft picks, at least not inordinately more than any other franchise. Here it is:

Well there was a stretch a while ago where we didn't sign 3rd rounders
but that was before this FO and would be a weird thing to bring up anyway.
