It's a little weird
He’s striking out more and like FZ said has 11 scoreless innings, but he’s walked 7 over that time which is really unusual for him.
Vroom vroom party starter

I attended that double header in Dunedin.
In game one, in his first 2 ABs, Beckham saw 6 pitches striking out both times. My impression was that he was being very patient. In the first AB he let two fastballs on the outside corner go by and then swung at a breaking ball that bounced in the LH batter’s box. It was the only bad pitch he swung at all day. In the next AB, he saw 3 high inside fastballs, fouling one straight back and swinging through one right under his fists. They were all well-placed (pitchers’) pitches. His hit came with 2 strikes also, a nice line drive into CF, and it drove in the winning run.
In game 2 he hit one hard line drive that the left fielder caught near the wall in left CF. Actually, there were a lot of tremendous drives in the second game that the Dunedin OFs tracked down at the fence. Barnese did not look good at all. He made some nice pitches but was often behind in the count and was hit very hard quite often. Actually, I didn’t think Dyer was all that good either despite the results.
Leslie Anderson made a terrific play on a hard grounder right over the bag which he grabbed and beat the runner to the bag with a slide. Very flashy. His first hit was a sharp low line drive through the SS/3B hole that he stroked with 2 strikes. The other was a similar hit into RF.
Actually, the most impressive hitter on the Stone Crabs was the catcher Vogt who hit everything hard. He was robbed of an RBI in game 2 when on his long double into the LF corner scored Joyce, but the umpire called Joyce out despite the fact that he slid under the high tag. Vogt ended up at 3B on the throw home.
Joyce has joined Durham :)
I am not sure if they will demote S-Rod, DL someone or just leave Joyce in AAA
Well Rafael Soriano and Joquain Benoit is very nice also.
Probably part of a string of moves incl. Shoppach's activation
Are you saying he should become fashionable or elitist or snarky or condescending? Is he supposed to adopt logical fallacies as his core technique of debate? Is he supposed to bleat religious proclamations and claim they are "proved" by statistics when they aren’t?
