"The Extra 2%" by Jonah Keri: A Free Sneak Peek

We've talked before about Jonah Keri's upcoming book about the Tampa Bay Rays, but in case you forgot, it's called The Extra 2%: How Wall Street Strategies Took a Major League Baseball Team from Worst to First and it comes out this March. Jonah has written at many different venues - Baseball Prospectus, the Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg Sports to name a few - and he spent a long period of time talking with the Rays and researching this book. If you're a fan of the Rays (or simply of great baseball writing), I can't recommend this book enough. Be sure to pre-order a copy today.

And now, in case you weren't already convinced, Jonah's posting a free, sneak peek for us all. Enjoy!
