Just so you know, the water company will always blame leaks.  There might not be a leak at all, but this does not matter.  Hell, it might be their fault but they're still going to say "LEAK".  Unfair?  Absolutely.  Welcome to the way shit works.

PS:  Just wait for a traffic engineer to decide that for "safety" about 50 speed tables need to be installed on your street.  And 2 of them "conveniently" right next to your driveway on either side.
