show me the numbers and progressive analysis that says he is now a top 10 spect?
Offensive numbers that are ever so slightly above average for a league (league average OPS – 684, beckham 705) don’t get it done. Multiple scouting reports saying he won’t stick at short don’t get it done. The only things he has going for him are that he’s young for his league, has flashed a small bit of power, has a decent arm, and supposedly has plus makeup.
To be a top ten in this org you need more than that. I’m awaiting your reply for some “progressive statistical analysis and reasoned argument” If you’d like to educate yourself a little go here

I think youre confusing me with someone that said he is a top ten guy.
I saw your comment, and I thought how insightful. This guy not only didnt form a complete sentence, yet somehow, he still let us know this important information. I was in such awe by your skills that I nearly fainted. Also, in case you missed it, Lee is higher on this list than Beckham. Im not really worried about this list, or any list. Mainly because I think its the biggest waste of time ever. I might not agree with the placement of some guys, but because I didnt vote but a few times. Im going to keep my reactionary, caveman type answers to myself.

yes, making a comment on how a list turned out is so reactionary and caveman like
How about you go tell everyone else on this thread that posted one liners to go educate themselves about the site philosophy.

"that top ten is sick nasty"
Ten years ago we were not advanced enough to say things like “sick nasty.” I consider that progressive.

Also I've been posting on here for three years now and you joined this season.
So how about you take to explaining the site philosophy to people who might not actually know it. I appreciate it.

The whole point is: if you dont agree with something, explain it.
Dont prove a guy thats higher on the list is better either. Prove that guys lower than Beckham should be further up the list. Nobody wants to hear you whine about how BJ sucks, or Beckham sucks, but they might listen, if you explain your points.

I'm not saying that makes is argument any worse or better, or mine for that matter.
But I am saying you shouldn’t go around telling guys who have been on the site 6x longer than you about the “philosophy of the site”

Hey, Guyer, you better be the real deal
If we have you in front of someone who I think will make everyone’s top 10 list next season, Luke Bailey. And if not him, it will be O’Conner, one of them will break out.
Under construction
Guyer OPSed .986 in a pitcher's league in AA last year with plus LF defense
Bailey OPSed .650 in complex league and has a history of injuries. Yeah, I understand upside and all, but it would have been ludicrous to rate Bailey over Guyer right now.
