The Nationals are reportedly interested in both B.J. Upton AND James Shields.

What would be fair value in return for BOTH these two ? The Nationals have some interesting young talent in Wilson Ramos and Ian Desmond that would fit the Rays needs but leave holes in the Nationals lineup. I realize that these multiple player deals rarely occur but it does lead to some interesting thoughts. I have linked some of their prospects after the jump.

You are correct. The entire article is speculative.

It would have been better said that the Nationals may have interest in both BJ and Shields. The post was made for the purpose of fair value for both sides and not to post " Breaking News".

How can you have any pudding if you haven`t eaten your meat? I`m still waiting...
