Per Roger Mooney of the Tampa Tribune, the Rays and Peralta have agreed to terms for 2012 and have avoided arbitration. Per Marc Topkin of the St. Pete Times, the deal is for $2.175M with no incentives. That is more than the $2M MLBTradeRumors had projected with their methods.
