The Rays have eight possible SP next year and have some big salary commitment to David Price(trade value highest ever) and James Shields. I would like to see the Rays trade at least one of them and get a lot in return similar to the Garza deal and get some bats in return(clos to the majors). I heard that the Royals will be looking for SP and are possible trade partners. The Rockies are also awful at pitching and have some nice hitters in the minors. What do you think?
