Rays aren't officially saying matt moore is in rotation. But if he's healthy (and he is now) he will be in it. Not a huge surprise

Where exactly is Heyman getting this information from? Could he just be spouting thoughts off the top of his head? He very well could be. These comments were all about as obvious as obvious can be.

But anyway, I felt like they were somewhat interesting at least and confirmed what we've been thinking all along about Wade Davis and Jeff Niemann. One of those two is heading to the bullpen. Davis, you'd better start getting mentally prepared to bow to the inevitable.
