I'm a single 26-year-old male with things to do on a Friday night so excuse me if this is brief.

Luke Scott homered, his first hit in 41 at bats, and the Rays bats awoke with him. Alex Cobb was effective for six innings. That's really all you need to know about the game. This surely upped everyone's :) % a good amount.

After the game, Maddon had the following quotes (from the writers):

Maddon acknowledges Longoria return is “not right around the corner,” says they have to be patient

Longo won’t resume baseball activities until after ASB. His return won’t be soon.
