Durham is the only team still alive in the organization.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (3-0)
Durham was off.
Class-A Advanced Charlotte Stone Crabs (3-3)
Charlotte only picked up one hit in a 4-0 game four loss to Daytona. Dan Vogelbach got the Cubs off to a fast start with a run scoring single in the first inning, and that proved ot be the winning run. A day after being the hero to keep the series alive, Jonathan Quinonez committed a pair of errors on one play that assisted Daytona in their two run second inning. Dylan Floro pitched well despite the three runs (two earned), throwing six innings and striking out six. The only hit for the Stone Crabs was a leadoff single by Jake Hager in the fourth.
Star of the day- Floro really pitched well this season, and a solid outing Monday night caps off his season.
Goat of the day- Unfortunately, Quinonez doesn't have another game for us to build him back up.
