Helly looked like Helly. Wil looked like Wil. So the Rays won again in Anaheim.

It may only be a two-game win streak, but it's a win streak.

With 5.1 shutout innings from Jeremy Hellickson and two home runs from Wil Myers, the Rays defeated the Angels 3-1 last night, with Hellickson securing his first win since July 26th.

Myers was in the midst of a 17-game homerless streak before his two homer night, and Joe Maddon had the following to say about the young hairy lad:

Injury update

Per Marc Topkin, Jesse Crain played catch Wednesday and was encouraged by the results, and is expected to throw off the mound for the first time this upcoming weekend. If he continues to progress he'll transition into bullpen sessions, batting practice then simulated games; with that timetable indicating a return during the last week of September.
