the gist:

Naimoli has been trying to sell the 15,000-square-foot home in the elite Avila community for at least three years, starting at $14 million and dropping to $11 million before pulling the listing in 2011.

Villalenda de Avila, named after Naimoli's wife, Lenda, went back on the market for $9.9 million in June 2013.

The Naimolis are "highly motivated'' to sell and are "going to auction to find the market value,'' Craig King, CEO of J.P. King, said Friday. "The auction process accomplishes this efficiently and in a timely manner."

The Hillsborough County property appraiser pegs the market value at $3.58 million.

It's officially worth $3.58 million but Naimoli of course wants to get triple the return on it. In this depressed housing market? Bleh.

Lemme know when the auction house is taking bids at $100,000. I'll toss in a couple of wooden nickels and see if I get outbid.

Let's poll ya on this?
