Fangraphs posted it's Top-100 prospect list this morning, with five Rays making an appearance, and all of them between 84 and 92:
84. Jake Odorizzi
86. Alex Colome
88. Enny Romero
89. Taylor Guerrieri
92. Hak-Ju Lee
Marc Hulet is the man behind the list, and he noted that Lee and Guerrieri were both lower in the rankings than they otherwise might have been due to their respective injury and surgeries (though he also has concerns about Guerrieri's makeup).
Hulet said of Lee:
Lee could be the one player that really surprises the general baseball fan base; outside of his below-average power he features four potentially plus tools if he rebounds from serious knee surgery.
The only other Rays prospect to get a specific note was Colome, who was described as having an "underrated arm" without mention of his non-surgical elbow injury last year.
Only five teams had more prospects on the list than the Rays, and no team had more pitchers on the list.
Fangraphs had listed the same five prospects in this order as the top five in the farm system for their Top-15 rankings. You can find full write ups on each player there.
