Just another tidbit from D-Day:
Rays starter Matt Garza had something more important on his mind than discussing his second spring outing with reporters.
"We have to make this quick," said Garza, who allowed one hit in three scoreless inning against the Yankees. "David Price is pitching next inning."
From Amy Nelson. What does it say about Price that Garza, one of the top young hurlers in his own right, is rushing out to see him throw? I guess we know what it means; Price is the real deal.
Also Romano with a funny tidbit; it involves Price joking about Troy Percival.
