From Playstation.Blog. Looks like Franchise mode is finally taking the next step in terms of roster and player development. Now included will be: 40 man rosters, September callups, playoff roster management, Amateur Draft with supplemental picks for teams losing Type A and B free agents, minor league options, arbitration, and every Rays fan's favorite, the Rule 5 draft. These new features will also apply to Season and Road to the Show modes.
I've been looking forward to this game for a long time, and I'm pretty excited to see how the Rays' ratings compare to last year.
