ESPN.com, the Tampa Tribune, and the St. Petersburg Times are all reporting that Angels bench coach Joe Maddon has been named the fourth manager in Devil Rays history, as the front office elected to take Maddon over former manager Lou Pinella's bench coach, John McLaren.
