"But by no means is it where we want to be," Crawford says. "We want to contend for the playoffs and hopefully one day win a championship. But I guess you've got take little steps to get to that position. I think we opened a few eyes.
I do believe this guy his some work ethic. His hard work is going to make him a star if he is not one already. There are guys who have it from the start, and those who work hard to get it.
