St. Petersburg - To most of the scribes and talking heads who cover sports for a living, a press credential is no big deal. But to Joey Saunders of St. Petersburg, it was one of the biggest days of his 11-year-old life. Joey is a little league ballplayer, and operates his own web site. But on the Tampa Bay Devil Rays' recent homestand, Joey received a working credential to cover his favorite big league team.
The Devil Rays brass gave this blogger media credentials. Only thing is this blogger is only 11 years old. Good job Joey.
