While it was certainly nice to win two out of three and see the last obstacle to Nomo's release removed in case he starts really sucking again the main, but less talked about, story from the games against the Brewers was the quality of the pitching the Rays got.

Very nice. Non-Fossum pitchers were lucky on balls in play, though that luck mainly came from the G/F ratio for the staff being under .50 for the series. We'll sure take the results though!
