For the 2005 Rule V draft the Devil Rays had the Diamondbacks picking for them and they selected Angel Garcia who is back with the Twins minor league system. Exhibit A is one Andy Sisco who Cubs exposed for some unknown reason. Th six footer would have have looked nice in Rays bullpen or even as a starter for years to come. Royals look smart at selecting this guy at #2 in this draft especially considering Sisco's ERA is mighty impressive for a rookie. I hate Chuck.
