Update [2007-1-17 8:54:0 by Patrick L. Kennedy]: According to new Rays beat writer Marc Lancaster of the Tampa Tribune, Josh Paul will ask for a raise to a $940,000 annual salary in his arbitration hearing next month. The Rays will counter with an offer of $625,000.
