The Herald News says the Cubs are putting together a package of pitching to land the Rays' left fielder. I'm assuming the package would include at least Rich Hill and Carlos Marmol.
Meanwhile the Rays want a November 2008 vote for the stadium, and Delmon Young finished second to the rightful winner -- Dustin Pedroia -- in Rookie of the Year Voting: American League style.
