46. Masahide Kobayashi - Devil Rays. It wouldn't surprise anyone to see the Rays find a Japanese bargain. Kobayashi's deceptive delivery could result in a year or two of MLB success.
Sounds a bit like Okajima depending on how deceptive that delivery is, but I agree with Dierkes on that first line, I think the Rays will pluck at least one Japanese reliever this off-season, but my money is on the aforementioned Kazuo Fukumori.
