-Adam Foster, of Project Prospect fame, did an interview with Jake McGee for Baseball America.

BA: You've been describes as a pretty quiet guy and, "a bit of a mystery," in Wade Davis' words. What's so mysterious about Jacob McGee?

JM: (Laughs) There isn't that much mystery about me. I'm just more of a quiet guy. I just don't talk a lot pretty much. I just do my own thing and mind my own business.

-Here's Maddon's First Thoughts when he seen Jonny Hustle yesterday:

Judging by the shape he was in when he reported to the Naimoli Complex, he embraced it just as enthusiastically as his teammates and coaches hugged him upon his arrival.

"Did you see Jonny Gomes walking around?" Devil Rays manager Joe Maddon said. "Oh my God - I didn't even recognize him."

Gomes said he weighs a shade under 240 pounds, about the same as last year at this time, but the weight has been redistributed to the right places. It wasn't just weightlifting for show, either - he said his shoulder is 100 percent healthy.

Want more? Read Lancaster's article on Jonny and how the slugger spent his Winter Vacation", my question is "How do we find a spot for every one of our talented Outfielders?"

-Much thanks go out to Bobby Fenton and Sportsradio 1470, who continue to be one of this sites' major media supporters. Gotta love the almost weekly plugs on the shows, the site and I appreciate it.

-Only 4 players have yet to report? Jorge Valendia, Joel Guzman, Tony Peguero and Juan Salas. Guzman, Peguero and Salas are all being slowed by Visa complications...Valendia's absence is unknown.

-Keep on the lookout for something very special coming to this site very soon (hopefully), fans/readers of DRays Bay are going to love it.
