The Rays have until midnight to sign their number one draft pick David Price, otherwise the team will receive the second overall pick next year to go along with their earned pick. The Price negotiations will likely reach into the wee hours tonight, but we're pretty sure something gets done, otherwise we won't be able to take Price and Matt Wieters in consecutive drafts (assuming the old maid's tale of Angelos + Boras = disaster), and let's face it stealing a 'catcher of the decade' from a division rival would be awfully sweet. Oh and as far as the money Price will get, we'll have to wait and see, although the Major League deal is probably a lock.
