Rays 2-0 in Spring; Longoria is Cold Blooded

Longoria's spring training line: .667/.800/1.667/2.467, a RBI triple gave the Rays the lead today and he scored an insurance run thanks to a Ben Zobrist triple, both are quickly playing their way onto the opening day roster. Longoria also drew the team's only walk in a 5-2 victory. Mike DiFelice and Joel Guzman accounted for the other two runs.

Trever Miller and James Shields each gave up a run meanwhile Al Reyes, Dan Wheeler, Gary Glover, and J.P. Howell worked relatively boring innings, unlike Scott Dohmann and Mitch Talbot who each had at least two men on.
