Matt Garza is Wiser Than We Ever Knew

I really couldn't agree more. Even if he did mean this about his spring start, there's a real chance that he also thinks this way about the regular and post-season starts, which would be fantastic. It means that Garza is fully aware that not every result is indicative of the process it arrives from and it also means Garza may avoid beating himself up for things out of his control. See the Hanley Ramirez homerun last season.

It could also mean a thousand other things for Garza, but for now, let's just hope he has a similar mindset concerning all of his starts.
