B.J. Upton Pulled From Today's Game; Tightness in Right Quad

New, comments

Rays Centerfielder B.J. Upton was replaced after two innings in today's game against the White Sox. He was replaced in center by Gabe Kapler. The early word is Upton has some tightness in his right quadriceps. Upton was 1-1 with a steal.  He suffered a quad injury last September and missed about 10 days. Let's hope this isn't as serious. The Rays have an off day tomorrow.

More to come...
