2/27/11 GDT: Tampa Bay Rays @ Pittsburgh Pirates

Brandon Gomes and Albert Suarez were originally slated to pitch today, but Gomes got called into the game yesterday and Suarez is out for a few weeks after having "exploratory arthroscopic surgery" on his bruised knee (news from Marc Topkin, St. Pete Times).

Rays Lineup: After seeing such an impressive group yesterday, this is a bit underwhelming. Lineup from Topkin:

I'm excited to see Fuld in action, Joyce hitting in the four-hole, and Jennings leading off, but the rest of the line-up isn't the most exciting to watch. Ah well, that's why it's still Spring Training.
