9 preseason games a total of fifteen runs. No the season is not over. This pitching staff could carry the team to the playoffs even with all minor league bats. OK that’s a bit of a stretch but how far. this could be the best rotation the rays have ever had and that says a lot. But how far in the playoffs? Are we fans in for another season of long stretches of zero, one maybe two run games? The idea bantered around here is the process. When does doing the same thing over and over again become madness? lots of ofers on offense so far. sure its only preseason but based on history here why should anyone expect different results and that’s a shame and waste for that to happen with as good as this pitching staff is.
