Matt Moore will go on the disabled list with elbow soreness, according to Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times.
Moore felt soreness in elbow during last start. Roberts will be added to roster, #Rays will go with 4 man rotation.

Ryan Roberts has been recalled from Durham, and the Rays will use a four man rotation over the next few series. On the one hand, this solves a roster logjam. When Alex Cobb returns, Chris Archer and Roberto Hernandez, who just pitched a complete game, can both stay in the rotation. On the other hand, it's horrible.
Hopefully the Rays are cheaters, and are simply bypassing the roster construction rules while giving Moore a bit of slightly needed rest to help prepare him for the stretch run. We'll post updates as more news becomes available about Moore's condition and timetable.

Matt Moore's MRI is fine, according to Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times, but he was feeling a little sore. (Conveniently right at the trade deadline? Maybe that is all that's happening? Please?)
