Yesterday, I used spacestar ordering to secure an impressive outing for Roberto Hernandez. But like the twisted powers of a monkey's paw, Hernandez did indeed have a moderately solid outing, leaving in the 7th inning with only 1 ER on his tab, yet the Rays bullpen allowed an additional 5 runners to cross the plate (2 on Hernandez's tab) for a 6-5 loss.
Today, I would spacestar order a Rays win, but I'm pretty sure that would only result in half the team leaving due to injuries and the other half being suspended for PED use.
So instead, today, I'm just hoping -- not spacestar ordering -- for this to improve:
Split | PA | |||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Bases loaded | 114 | .258 | .289 | .376 | .666 | .265 |
2 out, Bases loaded | 48 | .133 | .188 | .222 | .410 | .152 |
IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING, THE RAYS RANK NO. 3 IN THE MLB WITH A 110 wRC+. In other words, a .410 OPS with the bases loaded, two outs, is absurd. It can't continue; it won't continue... right?
