This video contains highlights from today's loss 11-5 loss to Toronto. Or, lowlights, in Souza's case.
Starting at 1:00, you can see the play that led to Souza's injury. Hustling in to snare a dying liner, Souza dives awkwardly and slams his head on the grass. It's clear from his reaction that he's immediately injured, and after tossing the ball back into the infield, rolls on the ground in pain clutching his right arm. The pertinent clip ends at 1:22 with the trainer rushing onto the field.
Souza was taken out of the game and evaluated. Who knows what the MRI will say?

That sound you heard was team officials exhaling.</p>— Marc Topkin (@TBTimes_Rays) <a href="https://twitter.com/TBTimes_Rays/status/579025165222199296">March 20, 2015</a></blockquote>
