Today the Rays lost, but at least there are clips.

Today the Rays lost. That's bad.

But we have clips! That's good!

The clips are mostly interviews with players and not much else. That's bad.

But they're free and actually informative! That's good!

The clips contain potassium benzoate.

...That's bad.

The ever-articulate Chris Archer is always a treat to listen to. He acknowledges that three walks in a row is never a great thing with two outs, but he feels like he was able to make adjustments. That's good.

Short but sweet. Souza's wearing a batting helmet the whole time after he got his with that pitch. Nice.

Highlights:
1)  Asdrubal Cabrera named the starting shortstop by Kevin Cash today.
2)  Up 1-0 in the first inning, James Loney RBI single to left-center field scores Logan Forsythe, 2-0 Rays
3)  Chris Archer got the start for the Rays - he strikes out Starling Marte to end the third inning.
4)  Chris Archer strikes out A.J. Burnett to end the fourth inning.  Archer pitched 4.2 innings, gave up three hits, 2 runs (but none earned), four walks, and had four strikeouts.  His ERA for the spring is now 1.93.
5)  5th inning - David DeJesus RBI triple to center field - score Kevin Kiermaier, 4-3 Pirates
6)  5th inning - Steven Souza, Jr. is hit by Brad Lincoln.  He forces in a run, making it 6-4 Rays (two other runs were forced in by a walk and another HBP)
7)  6th inning - Grant Balfour seeing his first action of the spring.  Gives up a solo home run to Gorkys Hernandez, making it 6-5 Rays.  Balfour pitched one inning, and that is all he gave up.
Final score:  Pittsburgh 7, Tampa Bay 6
