There will be more on the draft later today.

Combined line for the Rays' starters on Sunday, including Chris Archer: 27 2/3 IP, 20 H, 1 R (0 ER), 0 BB, 24 K

Not bad.

Triple-A Durham Bulls (32-26)

Dylan Floro continued dominating in Durham's 2-0 win over Gwinnett. He needed just 73 pitches (57 strikes) to get through 7 2/3 scoreless innings before being replaced by Ronald Belisario to get out of a bases-loaded jam. Floro struck out four, walked none and allowed just five hits. With two runners on and an out in the fourth, Allan Dykstra's ground-rule double got the Bulls on the board, and Eugenio Velez followed with an RBI single.

Double-A Montgomery Biscuits (27-29)

Jared Mortensen was outstanding again in Montgomery's 6-1 win over Mississippi. He retired the first eight he faced and was really only threatened once when he allowed two hits in the third and uncorked a wild pitch. He finished with seven strikeouts in six scoreless frames with four hits and no walks. Already leading 1-0, the Biscuits blew the game open with a five-run seventh. Boog Powell walked with the bases loaded, and Joey Rickard and Johnny Field each delivered two-RBI doubles.

Class A-Advanced Charlotte Stone Crabs (38-18)

Charlotte was off.

Class A Bowling Green Hot Rods (32-25)

Hyrum Formo was sharp in Bowling Green's 2-0 win over Clinton. The LumberKings were unable to even have a runner reach scoring position, and Formo finished with two strikeouts in seven scoreless innings with just two hits and no walks allowed. Casey Gillaspie continued his recent hot streak with another home run and two runs driven in. It was his third home run in four games.
