Neil Solondz continued his Prospect Spotlight series this month with two incredible episodes, featuring three Rays dominating the prospect discussion right now, foremost of which is a certain slugger waiting in Durham. He's up first.

In episode six of the series, posted shortly before the All-Star break, Neil profiled Richie Shaffer's off-season transformation -- and what did this kid do!? The best college bat available in the first round dropped in the top-prospect lists this winter, but he's back in a big way.

Then the constant sleeper prospect Kean Wong explains how having a brother in the Majors has helped his development. It's more than just bloodlines!

In episode seven, we get great insight on two of the Rays' top prospects.

Willy Adames's offense (and now defense, I might add) is turning heads in the Florida State League, the attention is overdue but little is being said, so Neil shines a light.

Then 2015 first-round pick Garrett Whitley gets his turn, sharing thoughts on his professional career getting started.

Get used to seeing those kids in a Rays uniform. And thanks Neil!
