Matt Moore has improved with each start this season, dominating his last time out striking out 10, walking none in earning his first victory of the season. He only allowed two runs on five hit -- coincidentally he has allowed five hits in each of his three starts thus far.
CC Sabathia Scouting Report:
With his glory years behind him and his last days in baseball quickly approaching, CC Sabathia has begun his 16th season in the majors. After beginning his career as the ace of the Indians, Sabathia would eventually be traded, and then signed to what was at the time, a record breaking contract. Since that time, there have been plenty of ups and downs for him.
He has also had to redefine himself on the mound from a power pitcher to more of a finesse one. So far this year, Sabathia has delivered a couple of mediocre outings, but hasn't particularly impressed as he's given up three runs during both starts.
