Aaron Sanchez Scouting Report:

Sanchez spent most of the 2015 season pitching out of the bullpen, after working his way up through Toronto's system as a starting pitcher. When he received his promotion in 2014, the Blue Jays used him exclusively in relief. Then in 2015, the Blue Jays assigned Sanchez to the starting rotation where wasn't awful, but wasn't that great either. Around early June, Sanchez suffered an injury that'd sideline him for close to two months and when he came back healthy, he was relegated back to bullpen duty.

Now, with their starting pitching ranks depleted by trades, retirees, and players signing mega deals, Sanchez has a home again in the Toronto rotation.
