Tuesday is a good day for pitching, with Blake Snell and Hunter Wood both taking the mound. The Stone Crabs and Biscuits have early starts, with games at 10:30 and 11:35 AM ET, respectively.

Triple-A Durham Bulls (14-18)

Durham's offense couldn't get much going in a 3-0 loss to the Buffalo Bisons. The Bulls managed only three baserunners and struck out 15 times. Richie Shaffer walked and Kyle Roller singled to get a runner in scoring position, but it went to no avail. Luke Maile had a double in the eighth as well, but the Bulls could not convert. Justin Marks went five innings, allowing two runs and taking the loss. Dylan Floro threw three innings of relief, striking out four without allowing a run.

Double-A Montgomery Biscuits (17-13)

Montgomery made it interesting, waiting until the bottom of the ninth to secure a 2-1 win over the Tennessee Smokies. Chih-Wei Hu limited the Smokies to only one run in six innings of work, and Jared Mortensen prevented any runs in three innings of relief as he secured the win. Granden Goetzman had the walk-off RBI double to win the game and Johnny Field hit a solo home run in the sixth.

Class-A Advanced Charlotte Stone Crabs (17-14)

Charlotte never relinquished the lead after securing it in the second, taking home a 5-2 win over the Palm Beach Cardinals. Cade Gotta had a two-run home run and Nick Ciuffo had a two-run single to drive the Stone Crabs' offense. Grant Kay scored on a Palm Beach error in the second to get Charlotte's first run. Brent Honeywell earned his fourth win of the season, going five innings, allowing two runs while striking out six. Mike Franco allowed only one hit in three innings of relief to get the save.

Class-A Bowling Green Hot Rods (17-14)

The Hot Rods exploded in the seventh inning, plating seven runs in one frame to get the 7-2 win over the Lansing Lugnuts. Michael Russell had a two-run single and Brett Sullivan knocked a three-run home run to drive the brunt of Bowling Green's offense. Peter Maris had an RBI double and Michael Russell scored on a throwing error to round out the scoring. Jose Mujica limited the Lugnuts to two runs on five hits in six innings. However, the win fell on Yoel Espinal since the Bowling Green offense started so late.
