Evan Longoria to be featured on MLB Network's "Play Ball"

Evan Longoria will be featured this Saturday at 10am in Play Ball, MLB Network's new weekly show geared toward kids that features one-on-one baseball demonstrations and conversations with some of the top players and personalities in the game.

MLB Network's Sean Casey filmed with Longoria at Tropicana Field recently and the results were fairly insightful to the life of the Rays star third baseman, starting with some fielding drills:

The full program should be fun.

The program's target audience may be children, but that's not to say it won't be entertaining for adults as well. Previous episodes have featured Francisco Lindor, Matt Kemp, Curtis Granderson and Nolan Arenado, and the program looks to be great for the little leaguers in your life.
