Chris Archer finally pitched deep into a game his last time out and hopefully it's not just a mirage of facing a rather weak lineup. He gave up four runs, but only one of those was earned, on four hits -- two homers -- while he walked three and struck out seven. However, he would pick up his sixth loss of the season.
Danny Duffy Scouting Report:
Duffy was an excellent arm for Kansas City out of their bullpen before making a spot start a couple of weeks ago. Since being moved to the rotation, Duffy has made three appearances, with the first two being rather short but scoreless, and during his last start, he allowed five runs on five hits -- two homers -- while walking none and striking out five in just over five innings of work.
