Blake Snell's third major league start was a major step in the right direction. His numbers haven't been terrible, although his starts have seemed kind of rocky to the naked eye, Snell has only allowed four earned runs over his three starts. His last time out was on the 21st against the Indians where Snell pitched two outs into the seventh inning, allowing two runs on three hits, walking three and striking three, but would still end up with his second loss of the season.
Eduardo Rodriguez Scouting Report:
Rodriguez has not been very good since making his season debut for the Red Sox back on June 5th. He only gave up four hits that game, but all four were long balls. In fact, over his four starts, Rodriguez has allowed 22 hits, with 30% of those being homers. His last time out was on the 22nd against the White Sox allowing four runs on four hits -- one homer -- while he walked two and struck out seven over six innings.
