Michael Fulmer Scouting Report:
Fulmer is in the middle of a fantastic rookie campaign, but the Tigers will begin to start limiting his usage in order to protect his arm. After a rough beginning, he has been incredible over his last seven starts (44.1 innings pitched) as he has allowed just three runs over that time. His last time out was on June 22nd against the Mariners, where Fulmer exited early after experiencing dizziness. He would allow a run on three hits in just over four innings pitched.
