Drew Smyly continued to claw his way back from a season long slump during his last outing. Over his last four starts, he's given up a total of seven earned runs. His last start was on the ninth against Toronto where he allowed two runs on six hits while he walked three and struck out two over six innings pitched en route to just fourth victory of the season.

Perdomo's control has been issue this far in his rookie season as it has caused him to not be able to pitch deep into games and also can get him into trouble from time to times. It also doesn't help that he is being hit...hard. His last time out came on the 9th in Pittsburgh where he allowed six runs -- five earned -- on nine hits, one home run, while he also struck out three and walked three over five innings pitched.
