Yesterday afternoon Rays President of Baseball Operations, Matt Silverman, did a Q&A over Twitter. A lot of the questions were expected such as what role will Duffy have on the team and what were Silverman's thoughts on the deadline. Then out of nowhere David Aarsdma inquired as to whether the Rays needed any bullpen help:
I heard David Aardsma is looking for a bullpen to pitch for, and he is a great guy. Your thoughts....#AskMatt https://t.co/hXYNOgV3K6

This is the same Aasdma who pitched to a 4.70 ERA and 4.81 FIP last season for the Atlanta Braves and opted out of his minor league contract with the Toronto Blue Jays earlier this year.
We love great guys in our clubhouse. But we favor youth over your experienced wisdom. https://t.co/ftJ5Uw5Lun
