2012 - The Rays signed veteran reliever, Fernando Rodney. He’d go on to have a historic season putting up some of the best numbers for a reliever in history. Over 76 games that season, Rodney held down a 0.60 ERA and a 2.13 FIP to go along with a 27% strikeout rate and a 5.3% walk rate.
