Yesterday afternoon, the Rays pitching impressed again, capping off the weekend with a 5-3 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays. Alex Cobb pitched three innings, allowing a run on three hits, walking none, while he picked up a strikeout

- The only other Rays pitcher to allow runners to score was Jake Faria, who allowed two runs on two hits and two walks over an inning of work
- Jaime Schultz had the most impressive appearance, striking out the side on 11 pitches
- On the offensive side of things, the Rays prospects were able to get to big league relievers for four runs over the last two frames to mount a come from behind victory
The Rays will enjoy an off day today, they’ll take on the New York Yankees on Tuesday at 1pm with Fox Sports Sun presenting their first broadcast of the year
