As I write this at 10:47 PM Thursday, the early news on Taylor Guerrieri isn't encouraging. Here's what we know:
Trainer comes out to talk to Taylor Guerrieri after a pitch and Guerrieri comes out of game. Nothing visible happened. We'll find out #Rays

Guerrieri had Tommy John surgery four years ago.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (7-1)
Durham beat Charlotte 6-0 Thursday, but it may have come at a price. In the fourth, Taylor Guerrieri had to exit the game with an elbow injury. In his 3 2/3 innings, the righty had been effective, striking out five batters. The Bulls used four relievers to finish the remaining 5 1/3 innings and wrap up the shutout. Casey Gillaspie's RBI triple in the first opened the scoring, and he drove in a second run later in the game. Mike Marjama hit his third home run of the season.
Double-A Montgomery Biscuits (4-3)
Hunter Wood rebounded from a tough first outing in Montgomery's 4-1 win over Birmingham. After allowing three runs on six hits and five walks in 4 1/3 innings last time out, Wood limited the Barons to one run on three hits in seven innings with six strikeouts and no walks in his second start. With two outs in the third, Joe McCarthy singled home Riley Unroe to open the scoring, and McCarthy scored on Granden Goetzman's triple. Goetzman hit another RBI triple in the eighth to increase the winning margin.
Class A-Advanced Charlotte Stone Crabs (1-7)
A nine-run lead was enough of a cushion for Charlotte to earn its first win of the season, a 9-5 triumph over Lakeland. Already up 5-0 entering the sixth, the Stone Crabs scored what proved to be valuable insurance runs. Brandon Lowe's triple scored Ryan Boldt, and he came home on Jake Cronenworth's single. RBI hits by Brett Sullivan and Kevin Padlo made it a 9-0 game. Starter Jose Mujica only struck out one, but he didn't walk any batters and allowed just three hits in six scoreless innings. The Flying Tigers got to Brandon Lawson for five runs -- four earned.
Class A Bowling Green Hot Rods (5-3)
A pair of Bowling Green pitchers held Fort Wayne to one hit in a 3-0 win over the TinCaps. Although he did pitch six no innings and strike out five, starter Brock Burke's outing wasn't necessarily smooth with five walks. A two-out single in the eighth off Roel Ramirez finally broke up the no-hitter. Josh Lowe's first hit of the season drove in Michael Brousseau in the fourth to open the scoring, and he singled in the seventh and scored on Lucius Fox's two-run hit that added insurance.
